The primary suite includes a king-size bed and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering a clean and modern retreat. Upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing excellent privacy and convenience for guests.
The large, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the attached dining area, creating a generous space for preparing meals and gathering together. In the living room, a sleeper sofa (recommended for children) adds additional flexibility for families.

Wonderful!!
by Julie SharpCondo H was perfect! Very clean, well stocked, comfortable and right on the river which made for wonderful mornings on the deck. The hot tub was GREAT after long days of hiking! The condo was also only 3 miles from the entrance to RMNP but still just a 5 min drive into Estes Park. We look forward to staying here again:)

River Charm

The coziest condo on the river!
