Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing privacy and flexibility for guests.

The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the adjoining dining area, making meal preparation and gathering simple and enjoyable. In the living room, a sleeper sofa (recommended for children) provides additional sleeping flexibility.

Great Cabin by the River

This was a great property for our family of 4. The kids were able to have their own space upstairs while we had the Master on the main level. The river right outside the condo was a so fun for our family. We had Elk and Mule Deer come through throughout our stay. It is so close to the Fall River RMNP entrance as well as really close to town. I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends. Some things to remember, this unit does NOT have A/C, we knew this going into it but happened to be there during some very warm weather. Fans were provided and we were able to cool the place during the evenings but still very warm during the day. This specific unit DOES have washer and dryer located in the master bedroom closet, we did not need to use it but it would have been convenient if we did. Kitchen was well stocked with plate/cups/bowls/pans etc. (just one thing to note but did not affect the rating, the Master bathroom door sticks and is loud when opening and closing)
