Love Estes Park

We have been coming to Estes and in particular to Estes Park Condos for almost 10 years now and will continue to come here each time we visit. However, when using the search filters this is not what was provided. Since we were visiting back from to CO from NC we were looking for a place with a washer/dryer in the unit, as prior condos have provided this. When using the filter we use the same searches = outdoor private hot tub and washer/dryer. This unit B13 did not have a washer.dryer. Also each(2) of the closets were locked with no extra keys provided. Again we have always been happy with estesparkcondos.com and will use them in the future, but please be more detailed and transparent in your filters as well as give a heads up there will be no use of the closets(as an FYI there were dressers but a lot of the drawers were used by bedding/bed spreads etc). Thanks

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration regarding the washer/dryer amenity. We have double-checked our filters and are not currently seeing Unit B13 populate under the washer/dryer selection; however, we will continue to look into this further to ensure everything is displaying accurately and clearly for future guests.

We also appreciate you bringing the locked closets to our attention. While dresser storage is provided, we understand how limited closet access, especially for a longer stay,can be inconvenient. We will make sure this is communicated more clearly in the listing moving forward.
