Not on my list of places to revisit

We were booked into Bugle point B-11 On arriving late in the day we found Bugle point office without any trouble. Bugle point A was well marked & lit, Bugle Point B was just the opposite after 45 minutes of searching and 2 calls to the after hours person we asked for him to come and lead us to the site. was not aware when i booked the condo that it was on an upper level. Stairs are in need of some upkeep. No instructions on how to use the fireplace. the electric heater in the lower bathroom made a terrible screeching sound and had to turn it off to stop the noise. No instructions visible to run the hot tub and the outdoor grills that were located \"close by\" was approximately 100 yards away and the only instructions on operating the grill one had to get on ones stomach to read the inside of the underside door. Previous facilities i have stayed in regularly in Estes provide additional toilet paper, paper towels, and basic food items such as coffee packets, or keuric pods,salt & pepper ,sugar & creamer individual packets also. Overall the experience was less than relaxing & enjoyable and therefore was not worth the cost of the stay.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to locate your condo after a long day of travel, especially arriving after dark. We appreciate your feedback regarding the signage and lighting at Bugle Pointe B and will review these concerns with our team to help improve the arrival experience for future guests.

We also apologize for the maintenance concerns you encountered with the stairs and bathroom heater, as well as the lack of clear instructions for the fireplace, hot tub, and outdoor grills. Your comments are valuable, and we will review these items with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to identify areas where improvements can be made.

While our condos are individually owned and amenities may vary between units, we understand that having additional supplies and clear instructions can make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
