The fully equipped kitchen flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa (recommended for children) offers additional flexibility for families.

Beautiful area

We stayed in this condo for a quick trip to Estes Park and RMNP. The area is exactly what we wanted. The condo is roomy and has everything you need. The only downside is the lack of AC, which I am sure is rarely needed, except for this abnormally hot year. They did have plenty of fans and opening the windows, which helped. But it was still a little hot. Otherwise, we loved it.

We're glad you found the condo spacious, well equipped, and had plenty of fans available. As noted in our listing, this condo does not have air conditioning, and this summer has certainly brought some unusually warm temperatures to Estes Park. We're happy that opening the windows and using the fans helped make things more comfortable.
