Our Policies

Late Arrivals: If you arrive after the office is closed, your key, a property map, directions to your condo and a 24-hour emergency number will be in a marked envelope in the mailbox located near office’s front door.

Housekeeping Service: We do not provide daily housekeeping. If you need something, we are more than happy to bring it to you, or you can come to the office during business hours. Housekeeping service is available by request only. We require 24-hour notice for housekeeping service during your stay. There is a $45 cleaning fee for all requested housekeeping.

Early Departures and No Call No Show:
Guests are accountable for all nights that have been reserved. In the event of failure to provide a cancellation notice prior to the scheduled arrival day, the credit card on record will be charged the complete reservation amount on the morning of the arrival date. Estes Park Condos maintains a policy of not granting refunds for instances of early departures or no-shows.

Unit Guarantee:
Estes Park Condos retains the authority to relocate guests to an alternate unit in cases of maintenance concerns or other unforeseen emergencies. We will make all efforts to communicate with you prior to your arrival should such a situation arise. In the highly unlikely event of a relocation, your new unit will closely resemble the one initially reserved.

We require a 50% pre-payment to be charged to a major credit card at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. Should you make a reservation within a day of arrival the full reservation must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged the day of your arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 fee if cancelling outside of 14 days of arrival. If cancelling within 14 days of arrival (does not include arrival day), your deposit paid upon booking will be forfeited.

NO Air-Conditioning in any condos except Bugle Pointe #36 and the Timber Mountain House:
Fans are available in all condos. If you need additional fans, please let the front desk know. Air-conditioning is uncommon in Estes Park and not needed at this high altitude.

Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind is allowed indoors. All smoking materials must be used outside while being courteous to other guests on property. Extinguish all smoking materials in the ashtrays provided. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee and charged to the credit card on file.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed on property with the exception of Service Animals in accordance with ADA law. Any unauthorized pets on property will result in a $300 cleaning fee and will be charged to the card on file.

Damages and Excessive Cleaning:
Guests are accountable for any damages incurred to the property of Estes Park Condos, both inside and outside. Should a condo be left in an excessively dirty state, necessitating more than the usual cleaning time for our housekeeping staff, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

The credit card that has been recorded will be charged for any damages discovered or additional cleaning required subsequent to departure.

Groups and Noise Complaints:
• Group gatherings that exceed the capacity of a condo or “Post Event Gatherings” are prohibited within the condo units, on the condo patio, or on the grounds of Estes Park Condos. If such gatherings occur, the management will initially approach the designated contact person to address any disturbances. Should the gathering continue without compliance, a fee of no less than $500.00 will be imposed. Additionally, the gathering will be immediately shut down, and the participants will be required to vacate the premises.

In situations where noise complaints are raised by non-group guests due to these prohibited group gatherings, the management reserves the right to reimburse affected guests for their night(s) stay at its discretion.

Please call 970-214-8365 for any maintenance emergencies that occur after hours. For medical, fire, or police emergencies, please call 911.
